FAQ

Most orders will be cut from scratch and custom painted to the highest standards.
Current turn around times for custom items are as follows:

  • Custom painted artwork letters - 8 - 10 weeks

  • All unpainted items - 1-2 weeks (Usually faster but we estimate high just in case)

  • Painted items - 5-7 weeks.

  • IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS MORE THAN TWO ITEMS PLEASE ADD SOME ADDITIONAL TIME.

They are completed in the order they are received. These times are an estimate and can  be off by as much as a week in either direction.


International orders are charged according to location.

All orders are shipped using USP services unless you live in a rural destination, then we ship UPS or FedEx. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed from the shipping service provider so please make sure to provide a correct email address.

Returns and cancellations:

Because of the custom nature of our work we do not offer returns on items. Please be very specific when you order and provide as much detail as possible. We provide you with font previews and dimensions for approval when you order. Please read over your order before you submit it to make sure all the information is correct.

Please also be aware of the turn around times before ordering. Once payment is made your order is in the system and will be cut within the same week it is ordered. Therefore order cancellations will be refunded minus a 35% fee.
Should you be unhappy with you order when you receive it we will work with you on a case by case basis to come to a resolution.

Damaged Items: Should your order arrived damage please contact us within 3 - 5 days of delivery to let us know. We will require photographs of the damage before we can replace anything or file any claims with our shipping company. We replace all damaged goods providing you have met the above criteria.
